Add edep-sim parser from gampix-dune studies #11

parsing edep-sim inputs (root or hdf5 format). Already implemented in https://github.com/DanielMDouglas/GAMPixTools

In order to properly handle recombination, we should probably change the raw tracks from being in terms of num_e, to energy deposited. Then recombination (and recombination fluctuations), which depends on the field (which is a changeable parameter) can be handled when the track is read out.

This will affect the deep-sim parser, as well as penelope_tools.
