@eliperelman is adding a badge that can track whether the "Implementation" section points to open or closed bugs, which should help determine whether an RFC has been implemented or not.

Other comments? @jonasfj I'm sure this is too much process for you?

Yeah, it seems process heavy to me... But I'll let you guys decide on this...
