This PR is in reference to the Bug-1438602. Added HTML showing the repo needs to be updated regarding the credentials.

Akshita, what is this about? I don't think an RFC is required for this bug, but even if it were, this is not the process. All github shows me is a very long HTML document, so I can't even tell what it says..

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. There was a little confusion from my side. I have now read the RFC template.txt. I shall be making a .md file for the same and updating it soon. Thanks 🙂

I don't think this needs an RFC, to be honest -- RFCs are for major changes to the Taskcluster architecture, and as we've discussed in the bug, this will just be adding support for environment variables to two of the client libraries, which is a minor and backward-compatible change. So, I'm going to close this PR up. Let's continue in the bug.
