Bugzilla Bug: 1436421 replace usage of json with yaml @helfi92 , @djmitche it looks like it works, but I think there could be some bugs Please review the changes)

Ahhhh, sorry if the bug was misleading but the change should be done in the new site. This repo contains the old site.
