New project status after Qubes integration #11

Most of Qubes-vpn-support functionality will probably be added to Qubes OS, either for R4.0 or R4.1. See 3503 in Qubes issues.

At that point this project will go into a more experimental mode indefinitely and Readme should be changed to reflect that.
