Explore options for openvpn MTU negotiation #29

Does openvpn use ICMP packet info to adjust the MTU or re-send as fragments?

Some classes of wireless networks are requiring smaller MTU settings or packet fragmentation. Current firewall config may block ICMP packets related to this.
