Output/backup folder option #4

It would be nice for more automated workflows if RSPNVPK could output the patched VPKs into a different folder than the working directory, and a similar switch for backups.

Something like -o output/ which would put the patched vpk and the new vpk into a different folder, so a backup file isn't necessary.

Yeah I can look at doing that I usually just move them with bash
