The word "TWatch" is very imprecise, as there are multiple hardware versions.
This one should cover the most common iterations until 2020 v1 and the most breaking change after that seems to be the backlight pin. So a small change in the driver.ini should do the trick.
My watch does not seem to have built-in audio, but the I2s pin definitions do no harm here.
If there is a future demand for more granular versions, it might be needed to split and rename the subversions.
Overall IMHO this piece of hardware is a pure toy and I have no idea, how to find a productive use case. But a toy is not a bad thing either ...
