I have, for my own education, written PropertyCross in Ruby on Rails.
The finished product adheres pretty much to the specification.
I wondered if you would like to add a link to the site, so that people newly introduced to the project could fastly gain a new impression about what the project is all about.
The site is at propertycross.herokuapp.com (only a 'hobby' app, Takes a few seconds to start).
The source code for the project is also at GitHub.
Sidenote:
I actually wonder if it would be possible to convert the App to a cached website, so that all the logic could be "downloaded" on first visit.
