What happened?

The add URL button for adding social network profiles in themes does not function “TypeError: bootstrap.Popover.getInstance(…).getTipElement is not a function”! Previous versions of Tastyignter posed no issues.

What did you expect to happen?

The add URL button previously allowed for the adding of social network profiles to the footer

What browser are you seeing the problem on?

All Browsers (Chrome, Firfox, etc)
