[Bug]: Unable to install Orange Theme #1038

What happened?

New setup with composer on 04/June/2023. Unable to install the Orange Theme v3.2.1 System logs show the following.

What did you expect to happen?

Installation of Theme to be completed.

What browser are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome
