What happened?

while installing fresh install automation plugin provides an error ->

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1826 Duplicate FOREIGN KEY constraint name 'betafriet/fri_igniter_automation_rule_actions_automation_rule_id_foreign' (SQL: alter table fri_igniter_automation_rule_actions add constraint fri_igniter_automation_rule_actions_automation_rule_id_foreign foreign key (automation_rule_id) references fri_igniter_automation_rules (id) on delete cascade on update cascade)
