Begins the process of renaming Allergens as Ingredients

• [x] Rename models, controllers and requests
• [x] Update language packs
• [x] Make migrations
• [x] Update menus_model
• [x] Update menu_options_model
• [x] Update local extension

@sampoyigi I've made a good start on this, however havent done the menu_options model as it will mean merge conflicts with the PR on that. Any chance you can make a new branch (v4?) and we start to merge anything complete into that?

The local extension needs updated and the orange theme too I think to use the new relation name and scope it to allergens. Unless you want to change it entirely to list all ingredients and highlight which are allergens in bold or something?
