Feature: Livewire support and inclusion in admin views #927

Take 2. Here's a basic commit to get us up and running.

Had to use tags rather than @ directives as the logic for preventing directives was stopping them from running.

Is this all that's needed to add support? Instead, we should probably add the composer dep to flame, and the livewire styles and scripts should be optional, so they're only loaded when they're needed.

I marked it as draft as theres more to do once I start working on making components.
