[Bug]: Delivery orders out of delivery area are allowed #932

What happened?

  1. Go to the menu page.
  2. Enter an address out of the delivery area.
  3. An error message will show up saying unable to deliver to this address.
  4. Ignore the message and continue adding items.
  5. Check out as normal.
  6. Order goes through at default delivery charge.

What did you expect to happen?

Orders out of the delivery area should be rejected.
