Convert test files to TS to help catch d.ts issue until refactor with better TS support
Correct a few TS issues in auto generated d.ts from jsdoc
Fix & update CodeQL

Thank you @ATLowther for reporting the TS issue in parser d.ts and making a PR to fix it. I included https://github.com/tastypackets/x12-parser/pull/22 in the this PR, because the default branch was changed to main.
