Camera sticks down when using a controller #48

when ever i use mod s0beit the camera always pans all the way to the ground and 
sticks there until i use the mouse to move it back, this has been a issue on 
all the new official versions of s0beit. but in the un official 
version of s0biet by bartekdvd this issue was resolved see here

does anyone else have this issue?
