What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Car repair kit does not work
2. sets vehicle hp to max for 1 sec and then returns 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Full car repair.no change 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

how to change max car hp from 1000.0 to 99.0 server is considering max car hp 
as 99.0
