There is an issue with the AWS SNS integration for the SMS channel. The SNSManger code is breaking after starting the notifyone-handler service.

Steps to reproduce

Run the notifyone-handler service
Make sure you and enabled thesms channel and configured SNS as a gateway to send out sms
When the system tries to send sms using the SNS gateway we get a KeyError exception -

The fix was merged in https://github.com/tata1mg/notifyone-handler repo and will be available in the release version 1.0.1 of notifyone-handler
