【Bug-课程包】新增课程添加到课程包后，课程包的顺序不对，默认最新应该添加到最后，请调整 #6023

Datails:

1.先创建课程A，然后将课程A添加到已有的课程包A中(课程包A中原有5个课程）

Expected Result: 1.课程A排在最后，课程顺序正确

Actual Result: 1.课程A的顺序是随机排列的
