Create summary/audit of other sites offering ALEC data to inform scope/prioritization #6

We've been noting in the Resources thread that there's a lot of this data out there and some overlap with other sites who are doing great research and reporting. We want to add as much value to this activism as possible, so it's worthwhile to audit that content, look at what's working, and look at what's missing so we can focus our efforts on providing something additive to the overall effort.

@jilburvixen I think this is a great idea. Perhaps we can make a list of criteria for data overall (and even rank our own data against this list):

Probably others, but as a start.

At the very least, this list can inform a Resources page on the site
