On the feed page, the DAU secretariat should be able to bulk select posts and 'mark as spam'. This should move all the marked posts into a spam folder.
The DAU secretariat will decide what the user response for spam posts should be.
For any post that comes in, it will either be spam or not spam. For posts that are not spam, the DAU secretariat will go through the verification process and mark it as one of the six in the dropdown here: https://github.com/tattle-made/DAU_tipline/issues/92
