Create a text box for the DAU team assessment report #85

On the media details page, there should be a content box where the DAU secretariat can write their responses for the five steps of the verification flow. The content box refers to five text boxes, each pertaining to one step of the verification process. The five steps/headings for the text boxes are:

  1. Identify claim or hoax
  2. Confirm it is fact checkable
  3. Choose what you will focus on
  4. Find the fact
  5. Correct the record
