I've added a template for QA issue here - https://github.com/tattle-made/OGBV/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/qa_test_checklist.md

Proposed Workflow : Before every release release manager (@dennyabrain for now) will create issues for doing QA on each platform and assign qa responsibilities to team members. Members are expected to run the extension on their machine and test it. Any bug report and issues should be added as comments to the issue.
