Inconsistent formatting of the word `INDEX` in Archive an Appointment section. #15

Expected:

• Expected Behaviour: The word "INDEX" not in code formatting.

Actual:

• Actual Behaviour: It is not in code formatting, like the rest of the mentions in the UG.

• Why that severity? Cosmetic bug.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to archive an appointment section.
