Thank you for the feedback.
Our team had an intense debate over this as well. We were balancing out how the UI would look for a patient with too many medical entries and how many medical entries are actually sufficient.
Ultimately, we came to a conclusion that 8 is sufficient and it would balance out how the UI would look for a patient. Our decision was not based on intuition:
Hence, we reject this issue.

Reason for disagreement: ### Response I disagree.
The evidence stated by the team would be true if it were not possible to store the same illness in the patient's medical history. But in this application, the app records the medical history, not the unique ailments faced by the patient, and the ailments stored in the medical history may not be unique. Therefore, the evidence provided by the developer team is rendered invalid, as it states that it is rare that one person has 5 unique ailments at once, and it does not say that it is rare that someone visits the clinic more than 5 times.
The intended usage of the Medical History feature was also not explained in the UG, so as a target user, I might just store it every time the patient comes into the clinic. But after 8 visits, I cannot store any more visits from the patient, which is a feature flaw.
Suppose a patient comes down for a cough 3 times, fever 3 times, and stomach flu 3 times. That's already more than 8 times the person has come to the clinic. As a staff, I have stored the past 8 times the patient comes to the clinic. But upon the patient's 9th visit, I, the staff at the clinic encounter this issue. Given that this app is supposed to replace the paper records, I cannot store the past records (that cannot fit in the app) of the patient on paper anymore, because I'm supposed to only use this app as the target user. There, I will face an issue as the target user, because I cannot store any more visits in the medical history. Example shown below.
Example of a staff trying to record the patient's 9th visit:
Expected:
• Expected Behaviour: I feel like I should be able to add more than 8 records, especially since the UI can expand. No justification was provided in the UG as well.
Actual
• Actual Behaviour: Maximum 8 records are allowed. • Why that severity? It causes a minor inconvenience and is rare that patients will have so many disorders.
