Not helpful error message for delete medical history #3

Expected:

• Expected Behaviour: To get an error saying that the index is out of range.

Actual:

• Actual Behaviour: Error states that input is blank. It is not blank. • Why that severity? It causes a minor inconvenience to the user only, who might take a while to figure out why.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add 8 medical histories.
  2. Run pt md i/9
