Weird UI behaviour with long condition name. #6

Expected:

• Expected Behaviour: Medical condition on same line as number, wraps.

Actual:

• Actual Behaviour: Condition goes to a new line.

• Why that severity? Very low as this is a cosmetic issue.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add the name of a very long condition, like shown below.
