Handling Inline Links Produces Error #1

whenever I send a link like [simple link](https://www.google.com) or an inline image like ![image link](https://www.gettyimages.in/gi-resources/images/Homepage/Hero/US/embed-504165888.jpg) I get an error in my log file as
