Update guava, IPT not running on Wildfly8 (JBoss)

Ida Li, Swedish museum of natural history tries to run IPT on Wildfly8 and 
there is a guava 14 incompatability.
Consider upgrading guava in the IPT to v15 or above

Indeed a large amount of work has been done updating Guava in our other GBIF 
projects. But these projects using Guava 17.0 are in SNAPSHOT, and would need 
to be released first. The GBIF projects the IPT uses at runtime include:

dwca-reader.version
gbif-api.version
gbif-parsers.version
gbif-registry.version
metrics-ws-client.version
gbif-common-ws.version
gbif-common.version

We need to make a decision to either release all these projects now, or we'll 
upgrade Guava for IPT 2.3 later.

we need to release them latest next week anyway for all the portal work, so Id 
say go and use the snapshots now in IPT and use the released ones next week

Agreed. Using SNAPSHOTS as of r4666. 

After testing the IPT can run on JBOSS, this issue can be closed.
