Denerate Darwin Core file #1152

Hello, 

I installed the ipt version 2.2 and noted that for some resources the darwin 
core file is not available to download. Just apper the eml and rtf files.
Any ideia about it?

Hi Natália, 

Metadata-only resources don't publish any data, and therefore don't produce a 
Darwin Core Archive, e.g. http://ipt.gbif.org/resource?r=cabin

Compare that with http://ipt.gbif.org/resource?r=zvv which is an occurrence 
resource with data that does produce a Darwin Core Archive.

Hello Kyle, thanks for the information.

I need to understand the process of generating a darwin core archive. It is 
need to publish the data first?

In my case I have the occurrence resource with data without a darwin core 
archive, how is that possible?

Dear Natália,

I reckon you were experiencing Issue 1155. Sorry for not recognizing that you 
were  experiencing a real bug sooner.

Please see the comment #2 from this issue 1155, which explains how to work 
around the problem.
