Patch to resolve a potential issue where games can be reported to galaxy before it is ready to accept them. The patch also updates the build to automatically build for the master branch as well for end users to be able to tryout early builds.

The check failure should be from me not having write access to the repository's releases and should be resolved once accepted or can be disabled by removing master from .github/workflows/pythonpackage.yml
