[bug] Devtools Windows bug #7509

Describe the bug

When building on Windows by standard should disable devtools, but it does not happen, does not help wry settings, etc.

[profile.release.package.wry] debug = false debug-assertions = false

This only happens on Windows with WebView2, everything is fine on macOS and Linux

Thanks for the report. Can you share a repo with a (minimal) reprodution example? afaik this is not a general problem.
