TAURUS_HOME folder #1053

Hi folks, I struggle with using the CLI from the official docker image on Jenkins, due to permissions issue. This could be all worked around by support for an optional environment variable, like TAURUS_HOME (similarly to other tools).

This could be used for:

/tmp/artifacts
/tmp
/bzt
/.bztrc
