Bug in Taurusform when the device is not exported #121

Taurusform shows the default widget when the device server is not exported. Once the device server becomes exported, if it has a custom representation, taurusform should show the custom widget instead of the default widget.

It could be reproduced with any custom widget. e.g. tuple (motor and PMTV)

taurusform MOTOR_NOT_EXPORTED (pool not running) default widget is shown
Launch Pool
The taurusform still shows the default widget instead of PMTV
