Change TANGO_HOST in Taurus Device Tree for external devices in expconf #126

Hi, I know that there are already some tickets related to Taurus and TANGO_HOST. I add this one for keeping this in mind. It would be nice to be able to change the TANGO_HOST in the Taurus Device Tree that is opened if one wants to add external channels to the MG using expconf. This would make easier to add to the MG attributes belonging to devices from another TANGO_HOST. This can be still done now using a work around (thanks Zibi for the info).

This is related with a long-wanted feature for the ModelChooser widget: add one more level at the root of the ModelChooser tree to show the tango host.

And a further generalisation would be to create a scheme-agnostic ModelChooser that could explore any kind of Authorities-devices-attributes (not just Tango)
