Fix linting issues and apply `mathfmt` #35

Ran golangci-lint and fixed some minor documentation issues, mainly to please godot.

More importantly though, I changed the comments to use unicode LaTeX symbols using mathfmt. When possible, I wrote an extra line to define the mapping between the code/paper variables.
