chore: Migrate deps - Start using Astro@beta v5 #34

The newest beta from Astro has some great changes and improvements. Since I was not doing anything crazy, it was a semi-easy migration.

The biggest, and perhaps only, breaking change is that collections now have no slug but an id, which is extremely important.

I'm also considering moving the content to a light way CMS like Keystatic, but that's for another day.

I have a post in the works, not technical-related, so stay tuned.
