Hey, Siri: Voice control to switch input?! #660

Your homebrige plugin works fine, @tavicu – thanks for your work! I've set up a couple of channels that I can select from the Home App on my phone. Has anyone of you figured out how to control the input settings via voice? What to say to switch inputs ("Hey, Siri, switch TV to...")? Is there native HomeKit support – or would I have to setup different scenes within HomeKit for each input (...which could be a workaround). Thanks for you support!

Hi @davidmuc,

First of all thank you for the donation.

Unfortunately Siri doesn't support changing the input. What I think you could do is create a shortcut in Shortcuts app that will set the TV on the desire state. And then assign a Siri command to it.
