Call to undefined function apache_get_modules() #1

im getting error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function apache_get_modules() in C:\ms4w\Apache\htdocs\mapigniter\install\installer\controllers\install.php on line 145

I just follow the instructions with postgres 9.2.1 (32bit) in win8 x64 system
