Refine build system #53

These commits tweak the build system for recursive make commands, proper dependency, and binutils check.

Oh - I think maybe you meant to put the $(OBJCOPY_FILES) before the | for 123.o? So that it gets rebuilt if they change?

I made that change, I think it's what you meant!
