Conflict with Dark Reader extension #55

I think what's happening is that if this extension and Dark Reader are both attempting to apply a dark mode to Gitlab at the same time, they get in a fight over opening the span-tree sidebar, and as soon as I try to open it, it just starts opening and closing over and over as fast as it can. If I let either one handle the dark mode but not both, it seems to be fine.

I'm not sure whether it's practical to do anything about this except maybe issue a warning on the extension page, but I thought it was still worth letting you know.

Hey @scriptninja! Hope you are finding SpanTree useful.

I was not able to reproduce this issue, even after enabling both extensions simultaneously - SpanTree (with dark mode on) and Dark Reader. Could you elaborate on how to reproduce the issue (Along with a video link)?
