Add SDCC sets

the 2013-2018 don't have an official name, so i went with the standard scheme on tcg I didn't add "Set" to the last box of 2019, but if needed for consistency i can add it

There's no such type sdcc, so they are all skipped right now.

You'd need to add it to lib/deck_types.yaml

And for that matter the files are not in the right place, it should be data/<type>/<set code>/<deck name>.txt
