Core Set 2021 / Arena Starter Kit 2020 #28

Added the Arena Starter Kit (2020) decks. https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Core_Set_2021/Arena_Starter_Kit

Unfortunately they do not have a particular name, simply Mono Green and Mono Black.

The decks don't technically have the foil face card, so what I did is replace one of the 27 lands with the foil face card

What's the story with foil face card? I'm not sure how Arena precons work, I only briefly used Arena.

If it's not part of the deck, we should maybe put it into sideboard or something.

I'm not sure either. I believe in this case is simply an extra card that comes in the bundle. Here is the product description. https://wpn.wizards.com/en/products/magic-arena-starter-kit

I'm fine with them being in the sideboard.
