Automatic foils

Deck indexer automatically marks things as foil if the selected printing is foil only, but this could go wrong if it somehow decided to select wrong printing (as happened with Rona, Sheoldred's Faithful in Grave Secrets). Printing selection algorithm currently does not take foiling into account, foil logic happens as a separate step.

We should double check that it gets it right. Ideally all the cards here should be tagged with [foil] if they're foil, and with correct printing if they got detected wrong.

Arguably if printing selection was foil aware, we wouldn't be having this risk, but it might be simpler to do this manually.

Colossification is the wrong version, and should be IKO:148 not 364

All the other cards are supposed to be foil

Are you sure about SLD? There's separate foil and nonfoil products for artist series, and if this was true, there would be foil versions in nonfoil product.

Everything except SLD is resolved.

Those should be exclusively the bonus card. It's not uncommon for the bonus card to be foil only, but it's not every time so I marked them as nonfoil by default.
