Move challenger decks to the correct set #61

The set list needs to be reworked but otherwise compiles fine.

Did you want to do DD3 too? That was added with Challenger sets but it still has no decks https://mtg.wtf/set/dd3

DD3 is weird. Officially the 8 component decks are part of the "subsets" EVG, JVC, DVD, and GVL. The sealed product anthology itself has the set code DD3.

Removed DD3 for now. I can add it later if necessary.
