This PR adds a new tag [etched] to cards that do not use a different number to distinguish them across different products
The only leftovers are the STA cards, but they don't appear in constructed sets. The remaining untagged etched cards use different numbers so the tag isn't needed
Note that whenever we add the stepandcompleat cards ("Plague Sliver", "Shadowborn Apostle", "Toxin Sliver", "Virulent Sliver") we'll need to use different numbers as well
