There's a simple in-browser visualizer and editor which needs a bunch of text file edits.

What's needed is really a full in-browser editor.

it could use a map, or just arbitrary d3 graph, it doesn't matter a whole lot - but lines without background don't look good

Nice idea, but I don't think I'm going to do this.
