RHEL 7 build support ended with riot-1.5.z #31

RHEL7 has no libcrypto.so.1 option RHEL7 has no sqlcipher option. RHEL7 will not be supported for Riot version 1.6.0+. Use the flatpak if you can or just live with riot-1.5.z versions. RHEL7 is so dated anyway. Upgrade to RHEL8 or, better yet, Fedora. https://flathub.org/apps/details/im.riot.Riot
