Leap 15.1 has no sqlcipher option (I believe)
Leap 15.1 will not be supported for Riot version 1.6.0+. Use the flatpak if you can or just live with riot-1.5.z versions. Leap 15.1 is so dated anyway. Upgrade to Leap 15.2 when it comes out or, better yet, Tumbleweed for the desktop. https://flathub.org/apps/details/im.riot.Riot
